New App Displays Ratings for Autism Therapies and Treatments

A free app has been released by autism expert Professor James Adams, PhD and his team at the Autism Nutrition Research Center (ANRC) which displays the user ratings of many autism therapies and treatments.

The ANRC Autism Treatment Rater App is a smart-phone app that shows the ratings of multiple medications, supplements, diets, and therapies, based on national survey data from over 1,200 autism families.

The app provides a ranking of the benefits and adverse effects of each treatment, as reported by autism families who have tried and tested them.

It is also possible to use the “Symptom Search” facility to find the highest-ranked treatments for any symptom.

The app is based on the National Survey of Treatment Effectiveness for Autism, which Professor Adams of the Arizona State University (ASU) Autism/Asperger’s Research Program, launched with the help of over 50 autism organizations to families across the USA.

“We are able to provide this app for free thanks to many generous donations from autism families. If this app is helpful to you, please write a review and consider making a tax-deductible donation to help us continue our research.”
