Autism Awareness Month

What's in this issue?

Finally, it’s April! The time of year dedicated to celebrating individuals on the autism spectrum. Each person is different, whether “typical” or “atypical”, and each is just as beautiful regardless of his/her abilities. In this issue, as we celebrate Autism Awareness Month, we shine light on everyone who forms part of this family: parents raising ASD children, children with autism, caregivers on the spectrum, and everyone who helps give a voice to the autism community.

This month is for you! Our articles not only shine light on exceptional people on the spectrum, but also offer tips and ideas for how to join the celebrations and raise awareness. Being an autism parent has its challenges, but humor and joy can be found—even in the most challenging circumstances. Enjoy the read.
