While the words he tries to mimic don’t always come out right, the effort he puts into trying is heartwarming and inspiring.
A few days ago, something extraordinary happened. Blake copied me, his mom, for the first time. It was an ordinary moment turned extraordinary, one that will forever be held in our hearts.
He said, “Nappy.” Clear as day, the word flowed from his lips, and in that instant, our world lit up with joy.
