Michelle Mann is a mother of three adult children, two of which have autism. She has devoted her life to caring for her children but also encouraging her children to be as independent as they can be. While her children continue to live at home with her, she hopes to assist at least her son into moving out on his own one day. Michelle earned a master’s degree in psychology and is now working toward a PhD in psychology with the plans of her dissertation being focused on autism in the workplace. Her employment experience for the past ten years has revolved around individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
