Kenny Wilkerson

Kenny Wilkerson is a first-time author and a founding member of Nova Rex, a band that has been in rock and roll for over 35 years. Nova Rex is featured in the Smithsonian National Museum of American History representing the 80s metal genre. Kenny also has a jacket on display at Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach and produced a documentary, <aAin't Easy Being Cheesy, about the history of his band. He has been a featured artist in another rockumentary: <aHair I Go Again. Kenny was inspired to create this cookbook for his son Gunnar, who has Asperger’s, after his years of being on the road and sharing recipes with other musicians. We Rock for Autism also provides direct music therapy services and hosts a variety of sensory-friendly events that promote acceptance and inclusion.
