Dayna Harvey has written an article and presented a webinar to help parents keep their children safe around water. She has taught swimming lessons for 36 years and has worked with many neurodiverse children with an ADD or ADHD diagnosis through the ASD spectrum. She understands that parents with neurodivergent children struggle to find resources, especially for water safety and swimming lessons. She hopes her information will educate and empower them to be involved in their child’s water experiences, knowing what to look for and the questions to ask when looking into organized swimming lessons.
