Christine M. Condo, BA, BS was diagnosed with autism Level I, also called asperger's, at the age of 42. She has spent the years since learning to accept herself for who she is and raising awareness about being autistic. Christine is interested in life sciences and liberal arts, with Bachelor's degrees in English Writing and Animal Sciences. She leveraged these degrees in a recent career as an editor of primary research articles for peer-reviewed journals, and this experience has informed and supported her interest in research about autism and disability communication. Christine is currently pursuing a Master's in Professional and Technical Writing at George Mason University and has worked professionally as an autism writer since starting the program in 2018.
